We are committed to offering you the best prices on the market.
IN-STORE PURCHASES: If you find an item offered at a better price from a Canadian competitor, we will match the competition's price at the time of purchase, upon presentation of proof of the price offered by the competition, or we will refund you the difference in price , upon presentation of the original sales receipt and proof of the price offered by the competition, within 10 days of purchasing an item. ONLINE PURCHASES AT EKKIP-SPORTS.COM: If you find an item offered at a better price from a Canadian competitor, we will refund the price difference, upon presentation of proof of the price offered by the competition, within 10 days of purchasing an item. ★ ★ Terms of our pricing policy
This price adjustment policy is applicable to items for sale at EKKIP only, in store or online. If you have already purchased an item from EKKIP and the price of the item has been reduced by EKKIP, we will match the price within 10 days of purchasing the item, upon presentation of the original receipt. The reduced price must still be in effect at the time of the price adjustment request. Other conditions** and exclusions*** apply.
How do I request a price equalization or adjustment?
All retroactive price match requests must be made by email web@ekkip.com
For a price adjustment when purchasing in store, simply present the proof at checkout.
To note :
- All price match or price adjustment requests are subject to approval by an EKKIP manager.
- We will match or adjust the price of an item within 10 days of purchase.
★ ★ Terms of our pricing policy
- The article must be sold at EKKIP and at the competitor at the same time. Out of stock items are not eligible for pricing policy.
- The article must be identical in all respects to that offered at EKKIP (model, color, season, size, etc.).
- The price of the competitor's item must be verifiable (flyer, website, etc.). We require full proof including store name, date of promotion and/or purchase, price and item model number.
- Our pricing policy applies to the displayed price before taxes and takes into account separately invoiced service fees (eg delivery charges, etc.), if applicable.
- Our pricing policy cannot be combined with other promotions, offers or coupons.
- Item must be sold and shipped from Canada by a Canadian retailer.
- We reserve the right to accept or reject a request for a price match, at our discretion.
★★★ Exclusions from our pricing policy
- Our pricing policy excludes the price of clearance items, trade closures, used products and demonstration items, whether they are items sold at EKKIP or at competitors.
- Our price policy does not apply to online sales sites such as Amazon or eBay, except in certain cases, contact us to check if price matching is possible: web@ekkip.com
- Our pricing policy excludes gift cards and shop service fees.
- Unless otherwise specified, a special order is never eligible for in-store promotions.
