Gift cards

A gift card, physical or virtual, is neither refundable nor redeemable for cash.
Any refund of a purchase paid with a gift card will be applied to a gift card.
They cannot be replaced in the event of loss, theft or if the date of use has expired.

Ekkip strives to ensure that all information provided on the ekkip.com site is up-to-date and accurate.

However, it is possible that misprints, errors, inaccuracies, omissions or the like may occur. Ekkip reserves the right to modify the products, prices, descriptions and services advertised at any time and without notice.

Also, note that some product images are displayed for informational purposes only and may differ from products in store. The prices displayed on the website are in dollars canadiens and applicable taxes are extra.

Delivery delay:
Since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, we have been facing significant delays in deliveries. All delivery dates announced when booking a bike are the dates we have at the time where the customer makes his reservation. The delivery date may change from week to week. We often check delivery dates and notify customers of any major change.

 

Online purchase

We reserve the right to limit quantities available for sales or sale, and the right at any time to reject, correct, cancel or terminate any order for any reason.
If the price displayed on our website for any item ordered by you is incorrect, we will offer you the opportunity to place your order at the corrected price.


The items ordered will leave the store less than 48 hours after the acknowledgment of receipt of your order, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Delivery time may vary by region and carrier.


When picking up in store, you must provide a copy of your order, and an ID depending on the amount.
Note that only the person who made the purchase can come to the store to claim their purchase. If you can't come, let us know.


A delay of 24 hours may be required for the preparation of your order.
