Refund policy

Ekkip makes a point of fulfilling your complete satisfaction. We undertake to exchange a product or to refund it if it does not meet your expectations according to the conditions mentioned below.
 

Returns and refunds for in-store purchases.

All returns must be accompanied by the invoice.

  • Item must be in new condition in original packaging, with tags and free of wear*.
  • Refund allowed within 10 days of item purchase**
  • Exchange up to 30 days after the date of purchase
  • Items on sale are not exchangeable or refundable.

** Please note that bikes, swim goggles, and any shop fitted items are not subject to the return and refund policy.
* For hygienic reasons, we reserve the right to refuse the return or refund of swimsuits, cycling jerseys, shorts and bib shorts.

 

Return and refund for online purchases.

Online purchase: only refunds, no exchanges
  • Item must be in new condition in original packaging with tags and free of wear.
  • Refund allowed within 30 days of item purchase.
  • Follow the return procedure to return your purchase via a carrier
  • It is also possible to return your purchase directly to the store

- Note that bicycles, the glasses ofswimming, as well as any items that have been fitted in the workshop, are not subject to the return and refund policy.
- For hygienic reasons, we reserve the right to refuse the return or refund ofit isswimsuits, cycling jerseys, shorts and bib shorts.  

The original packaging of a product must not be used as transport packaging during a return. The original packaging is part of the product. For example, do not use the box of a pair of winter boots as return packaging, you must use additional packaging.
 

Procedure for returning online purchases

  • No approval or return number is required to return an order to us. Simply respect the return conditions.
  • Repack your order with a copy of the invoice
  • You can also return the item directly to us in store to save the cost of return.
  • Returns are processed Tuesday through Saturday
  • The refund may take several business days to appear on your payment method.

If you are unsure whether the item qualifies for a return, write to us before paying for shipping.

 

The customer is responsible for his return

We must be able to sell this product to another customer. If you decide to return a product, it must be unworn, clean, odorless and animal hair free.

If you decide to return an item, the return costs are not borne by Ekkip.

We are not responsible if the size, color or particular style of an item does not suit you.
Note that the brightness may vary from one screen to another, which can affect the perceived color of an item.

 

Special orders

We offer the possibility of making special orders in store when it is not in stock.
When special ordering product, the product purchased is final sale. This means that it cannot be exchanged or refunded.Any item not in stock will be sold at regular price.
