Free delivery in Canada with the purchase of $119

Ekkip boutique sport offers free delivery anywhere in Canada for all purchases of $119 or more, before taxes (some exceptions apply).

For purchases under $119, a delivery charge of $12 may apply.

Please note that some items that are too heavy or bulky may incur additional freight charges. Some remote areas are not eligible for free shipping. Contact us for more information.

Certain oversized products are not eligible for free delivery (eg bicycle, baby carrier, snowshoes, skates, etc.).contact us for more information.

 

Delivery and order processing times

Orders are processed Monday through Saturday (excluding exceptional hours).
Pickup of orders by carriers is done Monday through Friday. Thus, an order placed between Friday evening and Sunday will not be sent before Monday, the next working day.

Local order (Montreal)	1 to 3 business days
Regional command (Quebec, Ontario, Maritimes)	2 to 5 business days
National Command (Canada)	2 to 8 business days

* On public holidays, carriers are generally closed, which may cause additional delays.

 

Pick up in store

In-store pickup is usually ready the same day the order is placed.
Wait to receive the confirmation email indicating that your order is ready before going to the store.

Please note that for security reasons, we require:

• a copy of your invoice (virtual or paper),
• ID (issued by the government) for purchases over $200,
• if applicable, the credit card used for the purchase
