This course is aimed at beginners wishing to develop basic notions of bicycle mechanics.
Duration: 4 hours
Ingredients:
- Repairing a puncture and changing a tire.
- How to identify the correct tire pressure
- Transmission Lubrication – Frequency and Good Habits
- Chain lifespan
- Adjustment of brake and gear systems.
- Troubleshooting tips: necessary tool kit
- Becoming an informed consumer (purchasing a used bicycle)
This course does not include these technologies:

- Hydraulic brake bleeding
- Tubeless tire change
What to bring:
- Your bike
- Adequate clothing
- Protective glasses and gloves (available for purchase on site)
*We reserve the right to refuse a bike in poor condition, i.e. on which it will be impossible to do the exercise exercises.
