Congratulations on your new purchase!
Here is some important information for your new bike.
-It is important to check the tire pressure every week, the ideal pressure is written on the sidewall of the tire and is calculated in PSI.
-Basic maintenance of your bike consists of lubricating your chain every 100 km and cleaning the complete transmission every 500 km. A clean and well lubricated transmission will have a longer life.
-A break-in period is necessary for your bike. After you have covered the first 200 kilometers (approximately), make an appointment with the workshop so that we can offer you a full tune-up free of charge.
-Brake and gear adjustments are free for the first year of bike purchase.
The frame of your bike is guaranteed for life (first buyer, non-transferable guarantee) and the mechanical parts are guaranteed for one year against manufacturing defects.
Wheel alignment and punctures are never guaranteed.
For e-bikes:
The motor and battery are guaranteed for two years by the manufacturer against manufacturing defects.
There is no memory on the battery, you can charge it as much as you want. The battery has a lifespan of 1000 charge cycles, which gives approximately 10 years.
It is important to store the battery in a warm place during the winter period, we suggest that you charge it to around 80% before storing it.
